Getting your account
Get an invite code from your head coach
Your coach makes a code just for you. If you don’t have one, ask them.
Open the student sign-in page
Type your code and your email, then press Create my account.

Sign in first, then enter the code on the same page. It links your spot on the team to the account you have.
Find your team page
Open the account menu and choose Your team. The “Your team →” button on your account page goes there too.
The tabs
This week. What is coming up, and anything waiting on you, like a meet to answer or a form to sign.
Meets. The meets your team is going to, with your events. A meet your coach is asking about shows up here too.
The team. Who is on your team this season.
Growth. Notes from your coaches, your judges’ feedback, your practice takes and your record, all in one place.
Piece library. The pieces your team performs. You can add a piece and say you are performing one.
Forms & dues. Forms your coach needs from you, and any team dues.
Meets and meet day
My coach is asking who wants to go. What do I do?
Open the meet under Meets and raise your hand for the events you’d like. Nothing is entered until your coach decides. Your coach can answer “Not this time”.
Can I sign myself up?
Only if your coach opened entries for that meet. The meet tells you which way your coach chose. If your coach enters everyone, ask them to add you.
Where do I find my code and my room?
On meet day a Competing today card shows each of your events with your code (“You are A4”) and your room and time. A room appears only once the tab room posts that round.
Where do I read the rules for my event?
Every event has its own page with what judges look for and the time range.

Where are my critiques?
Open Growth, then Judge feedback. Each meet’s sheets are stapled together by event, round by round.
Why can’t I see them yet?
Feedback comes after the meet’s results are released, and your coach decides which sheets to release to you. If you are waiting, ask your coach.
Can I print them?
Yes. Open a packet and press Print packet. Only sheets you can already read will print.
Practicing
Takes. Record a run of your piece on your phone, put it on Google Drive or YouTube, and paste the link in Growth, then Takes. Your coach can pin notes to the moments that matter.
Limited Prep Practice Room. If your main event is a limited preparation event (like Extemp or Impromptu), Growth has this room instead of Takes. Record a practice run and press Send to my coach.
Practice without signing in. The public practice room works for anyone. It saves nothing.
