Where’s my stuff?

Where is my coaching record?

Your account, then the Coaching tab, then the Your coaching record card. It is built from the schools and years you coached. If it is empty, open it and use Edit your years to add them.

Where are my competition results?

Press “Your record →” at the top of your account page. From there you can open Season so far, or a Formal competition record to print for a college or a scholarship form.

My old results aren’t on my account. How do I get them?

Open Claim your stuff. It finds results, teams and ballots that look like yours. Claiming links them to your account; it changes what you can see, not what anyone else can.

Where are a meet’s full results?

Every published result book is on the results page, by season.

Where are my judges’ critiques?

On your team page, under Growth, then Judge feedback. They appear after the meet’s results are released and your coach releases them. If you are no longer on a team’s roster, they are on your account page instead.

Where is my team?

Students: the account menu’s Your team row. Coaches: your school’s row in the account menu, which opens the team binder.

Where are the rooms I’m judging?

Choose Judging in the account menu. It lists every room you are assigned to, by tournament, and whether each ballot is done.

How do I follow a competitor on meet day?

Ask their coach for a follow link. It shows that one competitor’s room and what is next while the meet is live. It never shows scores or their school.

I’m a parent. Where does my child show up?

In the Family part of your account. Your child’s coach, or your child, can link you. There is no search to find a student.

Where do I change my name or phone number?

Your account, then Edit profile.

Where are my notification settings?

Preferences, in the account menu. It holds texting on tournament day and the notifications you signed up for.
