Notes on this record

The folder holds tabulation ledgers, results lists and sweepstakes worksheets.

No dated sheet survives in this folder, so the day shown is an assumption: the first Friday in May. The meet ran two preliminary rounds rather than four and is shown as a single day. As in 1984-85, the ledger's last total column prints THE FINAL ROUND ALONE and places were decided on that figure; the cumulative shown here is that figure added to the round it continues, and every place is the tab room's own. Ties broke on judges' preference before points. Eight ballot cells are blank where a digit could not be read - for three of them the printed points determine the missing digit exactly, and it was still not written in. Radio renumbered its codes partway down the sheet.
