Notes on this record

The folder holds tabulation ledgers, results cards and sweepstakes tallies.

No dated sheet survives in this folder, so the day shown is an assumption: the first Friday in May. The meet ran two preliminary rounds rather than four and is shown as a single day. One competitor is missing entirely - Broadcasting code 33 lies in the photograph's shadow, unreadable down to his subtotal, and no row was invented for him. One ballot field is blank where a cell is heavily overwritten. Advancement was not uniform: Sales broke thirteen and both Dramatic events eleven, while Multiple ran a quarterfinal.
